In 1825 Russia and Britain agreed upon a demarcation line on the west coast in absence of indigenous consultation or authority by any of the sovereign indigenous nations. Today, 25% of imprisoned women are indigenous; and, 65% in prairie provinces are indigenous men. The Hudson's Bay Company Charter expired in 1676. Indigenous Peoples seek respect / siemstum and recognition of territorial authority. UN is in jeopardy for recognizing Canada. Chapter VII of UN Charter is violated by Canada issuing authority to its National Energy Board to transport crude oil to a refinery or depot on the west coast. 15 Million indigenous Peoples of North America / Turtle Island are waiting to see if you have time for our issues.
